The livestream featured a host, various members of talent from the show or in attendance, a DJ, and the #SocialImprint activation. Using social fan conversation during the show, a custom piece of fabric was printed. Designer Christian Siriano designed two custom pieces from this fabric and they were auctioned off a few weeks after Fashion Rocks with proceeds benefitting Dress for Success.
